Parties are not permitted.
BBQ
BBQ is permitted.
A BBQ is available on the premises.
You are not allowed to bring your own portable BBQ.
Please be very careful when using the BBQ to avoid causing a fire.
Damages
If you find anything damaged upon your arrival, please report it within 24 hours of check-in so you are not held responsible.
Please report any damages, large or small, immediately during your stay.
You will be responsible for the cost of repairing damages to walls, doors, windows, window screens, furniture, appliances or any other items in the studio.
Baby Cots
A free baby cot is available on request.
You are welcome to bring your own baby cot.
Quiet Hours
In Greece, Quiet Hours are legally binding and must be observed. Please avoid disturbing the neighbours during the following hours:
Summer Period (01/04/2026 – 30/09/2026)
- 15:00 – 17:30
- 23:00 – 07:00
Winter Period (01/10/2026 – 31/03/2027)
- 15:30 – 17:30
- 22:00 – 07:30
Toilets
Please do not flush toilet paper or any other hygiene products down the toilet as they may block the pipes.
Should your toilet require unblocking, you will be charged for the cost.
