How To Get The Best Deal

Contact us directly to receive our guaranteed best rates. We will confirm availability for your dates; if unavailable, we may offer you alternative dates. If you accept our direct booking offer, we will ask you to send a deposit to secure your reservation.

If you find a deal for our property on another website, we will beat it if you book directly with us!

Prices, Taxes and Fees

We promise you will not be surprised by any hidden charges at any point during the booking process or throughout your stay.

The price we offer you will include:

  • Our guaranteed lowest nightly rate — you won’t find a lower price anywhere else!
  • 13% VAT
  • 0.50% Municipal Tax
  • Climate Crisis Resilience Fee:
    • March – October: €2.00 per night
    • November – February: €0.50 per night

Identity Verification

At the time of booking we will need:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your passport or ID number
  3. Your mobile phone number

If the booking is made by a company, we will also need:

  1. Company name
  2. Address
  3. VAT number (if applicable)

Booking Deposit Required

30% of the total price of your stay.

How To Send Your Deposit Safely

The booking deposit must be paid in EUROS (€) within 3 working days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation will not be guaranteed.

Bank transfer or Card Payment (Visa / Mastercard)

How To Pay The Remaining Balance

Before check-in:

  • Bank transfer (3 days before arrival)

At check-in:

  • Cash
  • Card

Your key will be handed over after full payment has been received.

Arrival / Check-in

15:00 – 00:00

Need to check in earlier or later? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will check for you.

At check-in you must present a valid ID or passport. We will return your documents immediately.

Housekeeping

  • We clean the studio every 2 days.
  • Bath towels will be changed every 3 days.
  • Bed linen will be changed every 3 days.

You are responsible for removing your rubbish from the studio and taking it to a public bin.

Please help us preserve the island’s limited water resources by requesting fewer linen changes during your stay.

Keeping Your Belongings Safe

We recommend locking your door whenever you leave the studio.

Please note that we bear no responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings.

Departure / Check-out

06:00 – 10:00

Would you like to check out earlier or later? This may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance.

If you have not agreed a later check-out time with us and fail to vacate the studio by 10:00 on the day of departure, we reserve the right to remove your belongings from the studio. We will only do so as a last resort.

Luggage Storage

We offer free luggage storage.*

* Subject to storage space availability. Please store your luggage at your own risk. We accept no liability for any loss or damage.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we offer:

  • Full Refund: at least 30 days before your check-in date, minus any bank or transfer fees.
  • No Refund: less than 30 days before the check-in date.

All refunds are issued in EUROS (€).

We do not charge cancellation fees.

You may reschedule your reservation.

Rescheduling Your Reservation

You may reschedule your booking dates free of charge, subject to availability.

No-Show

If you do not arrive on your check-in date and we have not heard from you, your booking status will be changed to “No-Show” and the studio will become available. We will then have the right to re-let it to other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.
